Regis Aged Care is seeking dedicated AIN-PCA staff to join our Far North Queensland teams. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents across multiple homes, building trusting relationships and supporting daily living activities.

Experience in aged care is valued; training will be provided, and opportunities exist to develop professionally within a large, values-driven organisation. Salary reflects grade and experience, with superannuation and penalties included.

Qualifications

• A true passion for caring for others.
• Caring credential required: Certificate III or higher in health/care studies.
• Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is a big plus; training available.
• Open to candidates studying nursing or with overseas qualifications could be considered.
