Estia Health in Victoria is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and care for our residents. You will provide medical support, complete clinical documentation, and mentor care staff to uphold high standards.

You’ll work within our person-centered aged care teams, support safety, and ensure compliance with AN-ACC and AHPRA requirements. A nursing degree is required and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
• AHPRA registration is required and nurses must maintain professional standards
