Job summary

Estia Health, a leading aged care provider with 96 homes across Australia, is seeking a permanent part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Working 3 days per week, you’ll help maintain a high standard of home presentation, both inside and outside, and support residents with maintenance needs.

You’ll bring a can-do, collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and solid record keeping to coordinate the maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Take pride in presenting a well-maintained home.
• Coordinate the maintenance program and keep good records.
• Hands-on maintenance skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the home’s presentation is of the highest standard through teamwork.
• Handle a variety of tasks inside and outside and support residents with maintenance needs.
