Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lifestyle Assistant to support wellbeing through engaging activities for our residents. You will plan and deliver recreational programs, foster friendships and provide companionship in a caring, inclusive environment.

Previous aged care experience is valued, as is a First Aid certificate with CPR and relevant checks. You will be part of a dedicated lifestyle team at our Adelaide location, helping to create meaningful moments and joyful

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate with CPR is required.
• Police check and/or NDIS Worker Check prior to commencement.
• Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging recreational and social programs for residents.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents.
• Contribute to a vibrant, inclusive environment and resident wellbeing.
• Assist with companionship, activities, and daily programs.
