Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is looking for a passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join their team in Windsor, Victoria. This full-time role requires creativity and empathy to implement lifestyle programs tailored to the individual needs of residents, ensuring their well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle/Health and a minimum of 2 years' experience. Benefits include free training, NFP salary sacrificing, and a structured induction plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role.
• Demonstrated understanding of the AN-ACC framework is beneficial.
• Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lifestyle programs for residents.
• Lead and guide a team of Lifestyle Assistants.
• Coordinate activities to cater to residents' social and cultural needs.
• Support admissions and initial consultations with residents and families.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for resident-centric activities.
• Maintain records of resident participation in activities.
