Job summary

Bolton Clarke Hillside Aged Care in Heathfield, SA, is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across the facility. You will support residents by keeping rooms and common areas tidy and hygienic, contributing to a safe environment aligned with infection control practices.

Ideal candidates will have aged care or hotel services experience, strong time management, and the ability to adapt to shift patterns. Valid Australian working rights and police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Pre employment checks – National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attend to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in residents' rooms.
• Assist with providing a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required
