Right at Home Sydney Norwest is seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team in Hills district and surrounding areas. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.

WE PAY TRAVEL TIME AND KMS OF TRAVEL BETWEEN CLIENT

This role will report to the care coordinator at Right at Home Sydney Norwest.

Responsibilities will include :
  • Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties;
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support;
  • Providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities;
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications;
  • Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
  • Responding to emergency situations; and
  • Working weekend and overnight shifts as rostered
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in agecare / disability
  • Valid AFP check
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Covid-19 certificate with booster
  • Own car with comprehensive car insurance
