Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to support residents in the Corinda household on a casual basis. You will assist with daily living activities, help residents feel safe, valued and engaged, and work as part of a caring, professional team.

Essential qualification is Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, with dementia experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work Morning and Afternoon shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support residents to maintain independence and engagement in daily routines.
• Follow care plans and contribute to residents' wellbeing and safety.
