Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead the clinical care operations at Bethshan Gardens Centre, Wyee. You will mentor a team of nurses and care staff to deliver safe, person-centered care and drive continuous improvement across the service.

With current AHPRA RN registration and 3–5 years in aged care or complex clinical settings, you will shape clinical governance, support decision-making and pursue opportunities for residential leadership.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in aged care or complex clinical environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance and best practice.
• Confidence in managing complex care needs and supporting clinical decision-making.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, quality outcomes and resident wellbeing.
• Infection Prevention & Control qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical care operations at Bethshan Gardens Centre in Wyee and guide a team of nurses and care staff.
• Oversee clinical practices and mentor staff to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service and support complex care needs.
• Leverage clinical leadership to enable acting opportunities as Residential Manager.
