Estia Health in Australia is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) reporting to the head of the home to draw on your clinical background to improve residents' wellbeing.

As second in command, you’ll lead nursing teams, oversee clinic operations, manage stock, compliance, and reporting, and help with financial management. If you’re a registered nurse with AHPRA and aged care leadership experience, you’ll join a community focused on enriching residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.
• Background in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care programs and improve residents' wellbeing.
• Train the next generation of carers and nurses.
• Oversee the home’s clinic, including stock, compliance and reporting.
• Help financially manage the home and budgets.
• Lead with honesty and a continuous learning mindset.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents and families.
