Job summary

Cirka in Geelong, VIC is seeking a Full Time Cleaning Supervisor to lead our onsite cleaning and laundry team across residential facilities.

Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:36pm, you will oversee cleaning operations, monitor standards, and manage client feedback while collaborating with Cirka management.

You will require proof of working rights, police check, NDIS Worker Clearance, vaccinations, and willingness to undertake on-site COVID testing each day.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams in aged care facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Supervise onsite cleaning and laundry teams.
• Participate in morning briefings.
• Operate cleaning machines (vacuums, steamers, scrubbers).
• Maintain cleaning standards on site.
• Manage client feedback and reporting.
• Collaborate with onsite team and Cirka management.
• Manage staff.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Provide staff training.
• Prepare incident reports.
