Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to join our Residential Care team in NSW. You will support the Head Chef, assist with food preparation, service and kitchen hygiene, and help maintain a welcoming dining experience for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in catering and hospitality or related work experience are beneficial but not essential.
• Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the catering team and Head Chef to provide high quality catering services for residents and their visitors.
• Comply with Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment; dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment and dining areas.
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors.
• Serve residents meals and snacks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.
• Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience.
