Qualifications

• Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
• A passion and energy for world class care.
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of providing high-quality care to residents in a 120-bed facility.
• Support residents to live healthier, happier lives and engage with families and staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvements and quality outcomes for residents.
