Estia Health is seeking a dedicated, part-time Activities/Care role in Bayside, NSW. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, varied activities and provide personal care and emotional support to residents.

You will learn residents' interests, plan enjoyable activities, and help maintain social connections within the home. The role is permanent part-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, contributing to high-quality, person-centered aged care within a large Australian provider.

• Delivers engaging, fun and varied activities for residents to ensure their best day every day
• Provides personal care and emotional support to residents to help them feel valued, safe and socially connected
• Gets to know residents' interests and creates engaging, fun and innovative activities to keep them motivated and smiling
