Cadell Food Service in Echuca seeks a proactive Stock Picker for the Afternoon shift. Join our family-owned warehouse team, starting at 4pm, Sunday to Thursday, with options for full-time or casual employment. You will handle picking with a wireless headset, operate pallet jacks, and support fast-paced order fulfilment with focus on accuracy.

You’ll work under the Warehouse Manager, enjoy on-site parking and a collaborative culture committed to safety, inclusion, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proactive and hands-on approach in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with a “can do” attitude and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick items using a wireless headset.
• Operate trolleys safely to transport goods.
• Safely use manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Learn warehouse layout to locate pick faces efficiently.
• Read labels and pallet maps where applicable.
• Wrap pallets manually with precision.
• Work well in a fast-paced team with minimal supervision.
• Follow instructions accurately and adhere to WHS regulations.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt.
