Job summary

HRCheck Aust Pty Ltd is seeking a mechanically minded Machine Operator for a permanent full-time Afternoon Shift. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform setups and changeovers, and help minimise downtime with effective troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Have previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
• Enjoy learning new machinery and production processes.
• Can identify and resolve basic machine faults.
• Have experience with machine setups, adjustments or changeovers.
• Work safely and take pride in producing quality work.
• Are reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and complete machine setups and changeovers.
• Maintain product quality and minimise downtime through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Receive training across a variety of equipment including corrugators, die cutters and other automated machinery.
