Job summary

HR Partners is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver/Storeperson for our Yatala distribution site on the afternoon shift. You will operate a forklift to load and unload palletised freight in a well-lit warehouse environment.

Key duties include high reach and counterbalance forklift tasks, restacking pallets, wrapping with an automatic pallet wrapper, and general pick packing plus site housekeeping. LF and High Risk Licences are mandatory, with at least 1 year of similar experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold LF Licence and High Risk Work Licences.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift/warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading using a Forklift, handling palletized freight/parcels.
• High reach and counterbalance forklift operations
• Restacking pallets of stock and keeping track of moved pallets.

• Pay Rate: Afternoon shift - $39.90 per hour

Forklift Driver/Storeperson | - Yatala (Afternoon Shift)

• Location: Yatala, QLD
• Pay Rate: Afternoon shift - $39.90 per hour
• Shift Times: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM plus potential OT

The Role

You will be working in a well-lit and well-ventilated warehouse, primarily focusing on the safe handling of sensitive equipment such as medical devices, dental chairs, large I.T. equipment, and TVs.

Duties include:

• Loading and Unloading using a Forklift, handling palletized freight/parcels.
• High reach and counterbalance forklift operations
• Restacking pallets of stock and keeping track of moved pallets.
• Wrapping pallets with an automatic pallet wrapper.
• Manual handling & pick packing duties

• Must be fit to work and prepared for random Drug and Alcohol Testing.
