Job summary

Primo Foods in Sydney's Chullora is seeking an experienced Quality Officer/Partner for an afternoon shift to uphold product quality, HACCP, GMP and food safety standards on the factory floor. You will lead audits and drive corrective actions, ensuring safe, compliant products while supporting continuous improvement across processes and teams.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams to manage non‑conformances, product holds and validation activities, building a strong quality

Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge, VACCP/TACCP familiarity, certs and standards
• Auditing capability and experience with internal/third-party audits
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, HACCP and process parameters to ensure safe, high‑quality production
• Conduct GMP & internal audits and support third‑party audits
• Investigate non‑conformances, product holds and CAPAs (CARs/PARs)
• Provide real‑time technical support and troubleshoot quality issues on the floor
• Lead and participate in corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver quality data and reports to stakeholders
• Promote a strong food safety culture across operations
