Job summary

Alepat Taylor, an Australian-owned bottling company, is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for the afternoon shift at our new state-of-the-art canning site. The role requires a valid forklift licence and experience in the beverage canning industry, with a focus on safety and quality on high-speed lines.

You will operate and adjust machinery, perform changeovers, complete production documentation, and support loading/unloading and warehousing tasks while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift license and experience in beverage canning preferred.
• Ability to operate high-speed canning lines and perform adjustments.
• Strong safety, health and environment awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Operate high speed machinery and perform machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage changeovers.
• Accurately complete and record quality and production documents.
• Operate forklift for loading/unloading and warehousing tasks.
• Minimise downtime and maintain clean production areas.
• Report safety incidents and perform maintenance tasks.
• Comply with safety and quality procedures.
