Qualifications

• Proven experience operating folder-gluing equipment (Brausse experience highly regarded).
• Expertise in setting up and running straightline, 4-point, and crash lock folding cartons.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Ability to work independently during afternoon hours and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Brausse folding and gluing machines.
• Run various carton styles including straightline, 4-point, and crash lock.
• Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and glue system cleanups.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets with safety standards.
