NSW Health - Mona Vale Hospital is seeking an experienced After Hours Nurse Manager for a 12-month maternity relief role. You will lead operational, clinical and resource management after hours, supporting Nursing Unit Managers and the Deputy Director of Nursing.

The role requires current Registration as a Nurse – Division 1 (AHPRA) with postgraduate leadership qualifications or equivalent experience, and strong leadership, communication and change management skills to improve patient care and

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA.
• Postgraduate qualifications in leadership/management preferred.
• Experience in leadership, management and clinical decision-making.

• Oversee operational, clinical and resource management after hours.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and coordinate patient flow.
