ACCIONA is seeking a Community and Stakeholder Advisor for its Australian rail project. The role focuses on day-to-day engagement with residents, businesses and community groups along the corridor, reporting to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager.
You will support proactive engagement, develop communications materials, manage enquiries and coordinate project events, photography, and post-production content to showcase community impact.

ACCIONA is part of the ActivUs Alliance with CPB Contractors, UGL, SMEC and WSP, delivering the $5.75 billion Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project. The project will double the tracks and upgrade stations along a 20 kilometre corridor between Kuraby and Beenleigh, boosting capacity and reliability ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
As Community and Stakeholder Advisor, you will be a key day‑to‑day voice of the project for residents, businesses and community groups along the rail corridor. Reporting to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will support the Senior Communications Advisors with proactive stakeholder engagement, including development of communications materials such as works notifications and fact sheets; as well as managing and responding to stakeholder enquiries and complaints received via phone, email and other means. You will also support the team with Open Point database management, photography requirements, and project events, building broad exposure across the communications function. Your work shapes how communities experience major construction.
