Job summary

FS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a senior leader to shape delivery standards across a growing wealth management group in Melbourne. You will lead Associate Adviser, Paraplanning and Client Services to elevate client experience and drive efficiency.

You will partner with advice, compliance, operations and technology leaders to implement service standards, strengthen hand-offs and continuous improvement, developing capable leaders and scalable processes for a high-performing advisory team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial advice delivery, paraplanning leadership or advice-adjacent management.

Bring structure and momentum to advice delivery across a growing wealth management group. This senior leadership opportunity will shape delivery standards, develop high-performing support teams and strengthen the client experience.

Working closely with advice, compliance, operations and technology leaders, you will lead the Associate Adviser, Paraplanning and Client Services functions. You will establish clear service standards, strengthen hand-offs, improve capacity and reduce rework across the end-to-end advice process.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end advice delivery model across Associate Advisers, Paraplanning and Client Services.

Necessary experience:

• Extensive experience in financial advice delivery, paraplanning leadership or advice-adjacent management.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end advice process, including preparation, modelling and implementation.
• Demonstrated success improving service delivery, workflow efficiency and quality.
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Sound commercial judgement, a client-focused mindset and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Working knowledge of advice compliance requirements, Microsoft Office and XPlan.
• A relevant degree in financial planning, finance or a related discipline will be well regarded.
