Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced offensive security professionals for a fully remote hourly contract to analyze adversarial behavior, map attack paths, and help train AI systems that define how the industry assesses risk.

This role emphasizes practical hands-on red team, pentest, or blue-team experience with structured adversarial reasoning, not exploit development. Independence and flexible hours are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on pentesting, red team, or blue-team work with deep attack knowledge.
• Experience analyzing adversarial behavior and mapping attack paths.
• Ability to document findings clearly and precisely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths and adversary strategies across production environments.
• Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps.
• Review red-team scenarios and intrusion narratives for depth and accuracy.
• Generate and validate adversarial reasoning data for frontier AI systems.
• Articulate attack chains, impact, and security tradeoffs in structured formats.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
