  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in planning processes.
  • Contribute insights into sales and engineering processes, ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in production planning, supply chain, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to analyse capacity data, material requirements, and demand forecasts to optimise production.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
