Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a Technical Advisor to join the Advanced Operational Solutions team in Wastewater Treatment. You will develop data-driven solutions, dashboards and analytics to improve treatment performance and support operational decisions.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering and IT teams, driving process improvements and digital adoption across treatment assets, while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and smarter ways of working.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering data analytics, reporting or digital solutions that address operational or business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build productive relationships across technical and operational teams.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, PI System and/or Databricks.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and learning.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Advisor to join our Advanced Operational Solutions team within Wastewater Treatment. You will work with a broad range of operational, engineering, maintenance, IT and data stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative data-driven solutions that improve operational performance across our treatment assets.

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

• A degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering data analytics, reporting or digital solutions that solve operational or business challenges.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive relationships across technical and operational teams.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, PI System and/or Databricks
• The ability to analyse complex information, identify improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and learning.
