Job summary

Canterbury Hospital in Sydney is seeking an Administrative Officer (Level 3) to provide high standard administrative support and customer service to the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Centre, an outpatient facility of Canterbury Hospital.

You will support a range of clinics with front-line and back office tasks, focusing on patient and family-centred care, with demonstrated experience in high-volume customer service and health data systems.

  • Demonstrated experience providing phone and face-to-face customer service in a high-volume client setting with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in using an extensive client database registration system preferably in a health/medical setting.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service to the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Centre, an outpatient facility of Canterbury Hospital. This role provides support to a variety of clinics within the centre with both front-line and back office components, with a focus on delivering SLHD’s commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.
