With 5+ years PQE, you will appear before State and Commonwealth Tribunals, conduct judicial reviews, and contribute to growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in administrative/government law.
• Experience advising on FOI and privacy matters.
• Experience appearing before tribunals and in courts.

Responsibilities

• Advise government departments and agencies on administrative law, FOI and privacy.
• Instruct in courts where required and conduct judicial review proceedings.
• Deliver training seminars and contribute to growth strategies.
