Job summary

Queensland Health, through West Moreton Health, is seeking an Administration Systems Coordinator for Oral Health Services in the Ipswich region. You will supervise administrative systems, coordinate resources, and contribute to service planning and improvement, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and knowledge of records management and privacy legislation, with a focus on effective resource distribution and quality

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of policy frameworks and waiting list guidelines.
  • Ability to analyse data, reports and feedback for QA and improvement.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and resolve conflicts over priorities and resources.
  • Experience with records management and privacy legislation.
