About the Role

As the Administration / Practice Manager, you will be a confident, capable and forward‑thinking professional who will act in and manage the operational workflows ensuring the seamless operation of systems, people, and processes.

Duties
  • Lead and support the small offshore administration team
  • Manage daily workflows for efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage office supplies, hospitality and housekeeping
  • Support directors with internal reporting, meeting preparation, and coordination
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up invoices and debtors
  • Track and report on overall finances
  • Coordinate Human Resources
  • Lead Client Administration including onboarding, engagement, and billing workflow management
Skills & Experience
  • Recent success in a similar role within professional services
  • Hands‑on experience with Xero. XPM, Ignition, and FYI Docs exposure is desirable
  • Passion for technology and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in an operational leadership role with a remote team
  • Strong commercial acumen
