Job description

The Child Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) is a busy team with Admin being an important team player. The position requires reception tasks along with other administrative duties required by the team.

Where you'll be working

LNS CYMHS which is located in the RNS CHC building at RNSH in St Leanards.

What you'll be doing

The position is based within the Department of Child and Youth Psychiatry, Northern Sydney Sector Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS). The position will provide relief administrative, secretarial and receptionist services for CYMHS within the Northern Sydney Local Health District.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience with switchboard and reception duties, clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated data entry skills, email and typing skills with 30 wpm with accuracy and experience maintaining a numerical based filing system.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, flexibility and openness to new tasks/ duties as requested.
