About the role

Tweed Valley Hospital is seeking Administration Officers to join the Main Reception team!

In this frontline role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, delivering professional reception and switchboard services in a busy hospital environment. You will provide a range of administrative and customer service functions, ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently and visitors receive a welcoming and positive experience.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate and high-quality administrative support, contributing to the smooth operation of the service and supporting both the healthcare team and members of the public.
