The Outpatient Services Unit at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital

What you'll be doing

This is an administrative role within Outpatient Services across Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital campus to support a busy outpatient environment that provides multidisciplinary therapies and specialist clinics. This role assists in maintaining an efficient workflow in a high demand service. The position is responsible for a range of administrative functions, such as meeting and greeting clients, answering general enquiries, directing enquiries to appropriate person/place, taking and relaying messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in eMR, reporting service events, referral processing, registering /discharging patients in eMR, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and other tasks associated with the service.
