The Role

Full Time Continuing

Level 5 - $81999 to $89521 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

Locations: Albury‑Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

Responsibilities

In this role you will be providing high level administrative support across the First Nations directorate. This includes being first point of contact for enquiries directed to First Nations teams managing shared inboxes, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and providing communication, project and reporting support to the Director.

About you
  • Strong administration skills including experience in finance administration, calendar and travel management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to think analytically, problem solve and apply policies and procedures.

Appointment is conditional upon the successful applicant producing a satisfying Working with Children Check in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
