A regional university is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support for their First Nations directorate. This role includes acting as the first point of contact, managing enquiries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administration skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to solve problems effectively. The position offers a full-time hybrid model with competitive remuneration ranging from $81,999 to $89,521 per annum plus superannuation.

Locations: Albury‑Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
In this role you will be providing high level administrative support across the First Nations directorate. This includes being first point of contact for enquiries directed to First Nations teams managing shared inboxes, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and providing communication, project and reporting support to the Director.
Appointment is conditional upon the successful applicant producing a satisfying Working with Children Check in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
