Manage clinic coordination, patient records and specialist support in a leading cancer centre delivering integrated, multidisciplinary care.

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time

Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3

Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour

Hours Per Week: 23

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage diaries, emails and secretarial support for Staff Specialists
  • Coordinate outpatient clinic appointments using Aria and manage patient files
  • Ensure medical records, test results and documentation are accurate and available
  • Provide frontline reception, telephone support and clinic coordination
  • Complete billing, rostering and general administrative tasks in a busy environment
