What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience welcomed but not essential
What You’ll Do
  • Provide frontline customer service to support the SAFE team and other healthcare staff
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and maintain accurate records
  • Support patient documentation processes in accordance with the SAFE requirement for forensic documentation management
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation
  • Coordinate the SAFE roster
  • Assist the SAFE team to coordinate the policy review process
  • Support administrative functions across the hospitals and primary care services
  • Handle phone inquiries and general office duties
Details of appointment

Permanent, part time, day worker position, working 22.8 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join us. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary

$73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2022.
