The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team in Mandurah, WA.

This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and has a strong eye for detail. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of services to our customers.

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across contracts and site operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational outcomes.
  • Reconcile, report on and audit asset management records as required.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation using Excel and internal systems.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with reporting, record-keeping and general office coordination activities.

About You

You are organised, proactive and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently with stakeholders and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience in an administration, customer service or office support role.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, resilient attitude and willingness to contribute within a small team environment.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
