Job summary

Lindsay Transport is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a high-volume depot in Erskine Park (Sydney). You will oversee a 12-person admin team, drive performance, and ensure safe, accurate revenue capture in a 24/7 operation with a 300-strong workforce.

Reporting to the 2IC Depot Manager, you’ll partner with site leaders to maximise efficiency, maintain accountability, and keep transport administration running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Erskine Park (Sydney) is one of the busiest depots in the Lindsay Transport network — and we’re looking for a highly experienced Administration Manager to step in and lead from the front.

With a 300-strong workforce and 24/7 operations, reporting to the 2IC Depot Manager, you’ll oversee transport administration and lead a team of 12, driving performance and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

As part of Lindsay Transport, Australia’s largest fresh produce transporter, you’ll play a key role in moving critical, temperature-controlled freight where timing and accuracy matter most.
