A leading retail property company is seeking an experienced Administration (Finance) Manager at Westfield Hornsby. This role focuses on financial management, including budgeting and P&L oversight, while supporting day-to-day operations. Our role in the Customer, Community and Destination (CCD) team is to deliver the best experience for our customers and drive visitation into our Westfield destinations in line with one of our Big Goals – attracting more people, more often, for longer.
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administration (Finance) Manager to join our team at Westfield Hornsby. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on finance while gaining exposure to all aspects of shopping centre management, making it a dynamic and rewarding position.
From managing budgets and analysing Profit and Loss reports to supporting day‑to‑day operations, this is a varied and rewarding position. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial efficiency, providing insights, and ensuring seamless operational support to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
This role includes Duty Management responsibilities, requiring occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, balanced with a day off in lieu.
