Your opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administration (Finance) Manager to join our team at Westfield Hornsby. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on finance while gaining exposure to all aspects of shopping centre management, making it a dynamic and rewarding position.

About the Role

From managing budgets and analysing Profit and Loss reports to supporting day‑to‑day operations, this is a varied and rewarding position. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial efficiency, providing insights, and ensuring seamless operational support to enhance the customer and retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of annual asset budgets and ensure financial outcomes are achieved.
  • Analyse and manage Profit and Loss reports, including processing monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments.
  • Identify and present financial risks and opportunities to the Asset Team with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct bi‑monthly budget forecasting to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Oversee daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and tenant invoices for expense recoveries.
  • Support operational teams to address customer and retailer needs in a fast‑paced environment.

This role includes Duty Management responsibilities, requiring occasional weekend shifts on a roster basis, balanced with a day off in lieu.
