As our Huonville Processing Factory continues to grow and innovate, we’re looking for an Administration Assistant who loves taking initiative and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, working closely with our Production Manager and Team Leaders to keep the wheels turning.

About The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, so being approachable and caring is key. You’ll keep the office organised, support the smooth running of the factory, and help with everything from rosters to inductions.

Day-to-day Tasks Include
  • Preparing for meetings and creating rosters.
  • Supporting payroll administration.
  • Welcoming new staff and delivering site inductions.
  • Managing daily paperwork and general office duties.
What We’re Looking For
  • Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration (or equivalent), or a relevant degree.
  • An experienced administrator, confident and capable.
  • A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A computer whizz with excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Professional, approachable, and organised - someone who can have a friendly chat but stay focused and get the job done.
