We are seeking a highly organised Admin & Executive Support Assistant to work closely with a General Manager/CEO. This role focuses on helping to manage and prioritise commitments and providing steady administrative support across the business. Immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the GM/CEO to manage priorities, tasks and deadlines
  • Assist with planning, organisation and follow‑up activities
  • Prepare, edit and format documents and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support through Google Workspace
  • Help organise workflow and tasks using Jira (preferred)
  • Assist with basic administration in Xero (preferred)
  • Support a wide range of operational tasks and systems as needed
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive with a strong interest in utilising new and emerging tools
Preferred Experience
  • Jira and Xero or similar cloud software
  • Experience supporting executives or business owners
Personal Attributes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely and provide structure to competing priorities
  • Reliability, discretion and trustworthiness
  • 8–12 hours per week
  • Must be available Tuesday-Thursday (hours can be spread across 2–3 of these days)
  • Flexible work pattern (hybrid/remote options available)
  • Immediate start required
  • Scope for additional hours if needed by mutual agreement
