Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership in complex technical environments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Adelaide R&D engineering function across multiple technical domains.
• Act as Adelaide Hub lead with accountability for people, technology, and site operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent in a competitive market.
• Drive delivery of advanced programs across RF sensing, DSP, embedded systems, AI/ML, and algorithms.
• Align Adelaide R&D initiatives with HQ technology strategy and product roadmap.
