Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping and manufacturing sites. Earn competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and travel allowances.

Many casuals transition to permanent roles with reputable employers after proving themselves on site. Ideal candidates have 12+ months experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver licence with reliable transport.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
