Big Fat Smile Group Ltd is seeking an Additional Educator at Warrawong Community Preschool. The role is maximum term, part-time, with 10 hours per week across Wednesday and Friday. The position supports infants to 5-year-olds in a community-focused setting with natural spaces and play-based learning.

You will contribute to planning, deliver quality care, and foster relationships with children and families, aligned with safeguarding and inclusion practices.

Right now, we’re looking for an Additional Educator for Warrawong Community Preschool. What makes this place special is the unique community spirit that you’ll feel part of. The experienced team of educators and teachers care for up to 40 children aged 0-5. We have two natural outdoor play spaces with experiences intentionally planned catering to the ages and needs of the children in our care, with lots of natural materials, water play and loose parts play, enabling all children many opportunities to explore and engage with their peers and educators. Our outdoor spaces include climbing/balancing, bush tucker gardens, large sandpit and mud play area including ‘mud’ kitchens, a fort and dry river rock beds.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping young minds. You’ll create happy, healthy relationships between a child and the most important people in their lives. You’ll bring fun, laughter and play to each day, but most importantly, you’ll create magical moments for children to experiment and grow.
