Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 2 years post graduate medical experience (PGY3+).
• Working towards General Surgical Education Training with Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical service to patients in wards, investigational and procedural areas, ED and outpatients.
• Participate in and support elective and emergency surgical cases in the operating theatre.
• Supervise resident medical officers and interns and coordinate follow-up of patients.
