Job summary

PCYC NSW – Nelson Bay NSW is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Port Stephens team as a casual Activities Officer. You will coach and guide young people, deliver group classes and support membership administration within the club.

The role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, opportunities for career progression, and access to PCYC benefits. A Working with Children Check and Police Background Check are required.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our PCYC Team. An Activities Officer has a varied and flexible role, assisting with sport and administration within the Club. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!

Casual position available at PCYC Port Stephens
$34.96 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Port Stephens team to provide positive experiences to young people.In this varied and flexible role, classified as a General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

• Work as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe group classes
• Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required
