The role emphasizes faith-filled, inspirational leadership, sustaining high standards, and strong partnerships with the school community. The successful candidate will hold postgraduate qualifications, Category E accreditation (or be prepared to meet it) and lead curriculum, staff wellbeing and whole-school

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field.
• Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead (or agree to meet this requirement in your first contract term).
• Demonstrated commitment to Catholic mission and faith-filled leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead with faith, integrity and a strong commitment to Catholic mission.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with staff, students, families and the Parish.
