Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education's Holy Spirit College, Fitzgibbon, invites applications for the Acting Deputy Principal role to join the senior leadership team and drive religious life, student wellbeing and school performance.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in Catholic schooling, the ability to mentor staff, manage resources and build community partnerships while upholding BCE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or senior leadership in Catholic schools.
• Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education.
• Must be Catholic and eligible to work in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and comply with BCE policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate information to inform decision making aligned with strategic plans.
• Develop relationships to promote and market the school in the community.
• Manage allocated resources to support strategic and operational objectives.
• Lead and manage staff, finances, and resources in line with policy and legislative requirements.
