LifeFlight Australia is a leading aeromedical organisation dedicated to saving lives through rapid response medical services. Operating a fleet of helicopters and fixed‑wing aircraft, LifeFlight delivers critical care and emergency retrievals across Queensland and beyond. In addition to its lifesaving missions, LifeFlight runs a world‑class training academy, equipping aviation and medical professionals with the skills needed for high‑pressure environments. From emergency responses to inter‑facility patient transfers, ACS team members work in our state‑of‑the‑art Communications, Coordination, and Control Centre—the 24/7 hub that keeps our operations running smoothly. As an ACS, you’ll coordinate the deployment of our fixed and rotary wing aircraft, liaising with healthcare providers, emergency services, and internal teams to ensure every mission is delivered safely, efficiently, and with care. About You

You’re a confident, solutions‑focused communicator who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. While experience in aviation is a bonus, it’s not essential—we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, prioritise effectively, and adapt quickly to change.
