Job summary

Cosmetic Dental Design on the Gold Coast seeks a qualified dental technician to join as Acrylic Department Manager. The role combines hands-on lab work with department leadership, coordinating with clients and technicians to ensure high-quality acrylic and CADCAM restorations.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years in a dental lab, with preferred management exposure. Sponsorship for international staff will be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a dental lab setting.
• Preferably with management experience, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Acrylic department.
• Communicate with clients and assist technicians with technical questions.
• Allocate work to the team in collaboration with administration.
• Be hands-on as a technician while overseeing production.
• Possibly design chrome, splints and auxiliary products using 3Shape/Exocad.
